We put as much care into the back end as the front end, so creating content on the new site is a breeze.
Every section is a block, so the editor adapts to whichever template and page type is being worked on.
The blocks use ACF’s Block API v3, so what editors see while they work matches what visitors see on the live site.
Key Features
A step-by-step quote tool built on a multi-page Gravity Forms form. It asks about property type, bedrooms, the age of the property, whether it’s lived in, which floor (only for flats) and any add-ons. The site then works out a guide price on the server and emails it to the customer. Because the price arrives by email rather than on screen, the calculator collects qualified leads instead of just giving away prices. Every step is tracked in PostHog, so you can see where people drop off and how long they take.
When someone submits a form, a customer and a project are created automatically in Payaca, the client’s CRM, through a custom API integration. Ad and campaign details from the visitor’s first page (gclid, fbclid, UTM tags and so on) are saved in a cookie for 90 days, then attached to the lead. That means an enquiry sent from the contact page still credits the ad that brought the visitor in. The cookie is set in the browser, so the tracking still works when pages are cached.
Every section of the site is a custom Gutenberg block built from signed-off designs: hero video, pricing, FAQs, team, reviews, video testimonials, service area maps and more. Content editors can build new service, area and campaign pages without a developer. Reviews come live from Google and Trustpilot. Command-line scripts create and update content in bulk across the service, service area, project and PPC pages.
- Speed: Google Maps only loads when a map is about to scroll into view, so pages without a map never load the script.
- SEO: The site has built-in redirects, an importer for SEO data from the old site, and a 404 monitor to catch broken links.
- AI: The site publishes an llms.txt file and has AI “abilities” that let AI tools read posts, ACF fields and block schemas.

Results
We built analytics into the site from day one, including lead form tracking, phone click tracking and multi-channel attribution. In the first 30 days of tracking, the new WordPress website for HomeRewire delivered:
- 181 qualified leads generated via contact and quote request forms.
- Conversion rates peaking at nearly 10% visitor-to-lead on top-performing days, averaging 3–5% consistently.
- 64%+ of leads come from mobile, validating the mobile-first design approach.
- Lead volume trending upward, with daily submissions roughly tripling from late August to mid-September.
